Job summary

IES is seeking a Superintendent to lead medium to large projects, ensuring work aligns with safety, quality and financial goals. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, monitor progress and maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication and strong on-site leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Training Department, reviewing costs, and ensuring timely project closeout while maintaining compliance with company standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years supervisory or managerial experience.
• Five years in telecommunications or related technical/construction field.
• Proficiency with computer tools including Word, Excel and MS Project.
• Must meet company driving standards.
• Ability to read blueprints and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and supervise project staff and manage performance.
• Serve as senior liaison with customer representatives and manage interface.
• Plan and monitor profitability, ensure deadlines meet customer requirements.
• Oversee staffing levels, workload distribution, and project progress.
• Review job costs, prepare invoices, and manage financial reporting.
