Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to lead field crews, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety compliance on job sites in Florida. You’ll mentor crew members, handle training, and manage reporting while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires CDL and the ability to operate under company policies and OSHA requirements, with focus on efficiency and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols for lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Ability to work independently in field settings.
• Able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Physical stamina to perform duties.
• Weight considerations up to 300 pounds and no fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work from orders.
• Conduct field training and retraining for crew members.
• Enforce safety practices per policy and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with property owners on access and work scope.
• Obtain permissions for work and maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and reports for crew activities.
