Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Trains and retrains crew on new or revised job units and safety standards.
• Enforces safety practices per policy and OSHA requirements; conducts safety training.
• Interacts with property owners/customers to coordinate access and work scope.
• Obtains permissions for work and communicates work details to stakeholders.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Supports cost control through efficient use of personnel and equipment.
