Job summary

KoBold Metals is seeking a Field Operations Lead to plan and execute field activities across North America, leading 1–3 projects per year across the United States and Canada. You will ensure safety, compliance, and smooth field operations while coordinating with geologists, data scientists, and planners.

Qualifications

• At least 12 years of field operations experience in exploration or mining.
• Advanced knowledge of construction methods for NA environments.
• Experience with helicopter-supported exploration and emergency planning.
• Strong procurement and contract administration background.
• Proven health, safety and compliance leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead field activities across North America for multiple projects.
• Direct end-to-end execution from mobilization to closure.
• Lead regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Coordinate with geologists, data scientists and planners on field programs.
