JRM Construction Management, LLC is seeking a Field Operations Coordinator to support the Southern California region, ensuring data integrity, and efficient field processes. You will partner with the Director of Field Operations and Project Management to maintain project setup, oversee system management, and ensure adherence to operational standards.

• Knowledge of project management systems and document control.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Field Operations and align with field leadership.
• Organize project kickoff meetings and ensure data integrity in systems.
• Own project setup, entry validation, and team changes in Project Creator.
• Serve as Procore Administrator: set up new projects, upload drawings, manage contacts and permissions.
• Monitor field compliance and generate reports on logs, minutes, look-ahead schedules.
• Process jobsite procurement requests and verify invoices against orders.
• Coordinate labor timesheets and payroll hours for closed projects.
• Support project closeout and issue punch lists; back up project controls as needed.
