Job summary

JPI is seeking a Field Engineer to assist the Project Manager and Superintendent on construction sites, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to keep projects on schedule. This role requires meticulous document control in Procore, safety oversight per OSHA, and accurate daily logs, meeting minutes, and submittal tracking.

You will support field operations, participate in close-out activities, and uphold JPI’s culture and guiding principles while advancing a career in a dynamic, growth‑driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field is preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
• Must have good working knowledge of construction management theory and practice; PC proficient including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Represent JPI’s culture and guiding principles on site.
• Observe how to manage a project to ensure progress.
• Update and monitor all construction documents with changes through Procore.
• Monitor jobsite work practices in accordance with OSHA and internal policies.
• Record minutes for field meetings and file them in Procore.
• Ensure subcontractors submit weekly safety toolbox topics and daily logs.
