Job summary

Arizona State University in Tempe is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to manage Campus Parking and Transportation Services operations, including parking enforcement, dispatch, event support, and customer service.

This role supervises staff, tracks budgets and expenditures, develops operational reports, and coordinates large events. The schedule is overnight, Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 pm–6:30 am, and a valid US driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Experience supervising employees in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the activities of subordinates.
• Tracks and monitors expenditures against budget allocations.
• Develops reports on area operations such as money collected, expenditures, broken/repaired equipment, statistics on number of passengers or citations written, etc.; submits to manager.
• Conducts briefing at beginning of parking enforcement officer shifts.
