Job summary

Via is seeking a Field Manager in Denver to lead daily onsite operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for riders across the city. In this hands-on role you’ll make real-time decisions about fleet and driver supply, guide drivers, and turn rider and community feedback into practical improvements using data to drive better service.

This fully in-person position requires onsite presence 4–5 days per week and offers a generous benefits package including free medical plans

Qualifications

Operationally experienced with background in people management, logistics, customer service, or process-oriented work.
Relationship oriented; earns trust from drivers, riders, teammates, and city partners.
Hands-on and proactive, preferring field work to understand service firsthand.
Mission-driven and focused on expanding access to transportation and community mobility.

Responsibilities

Run daily onsite operations to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation.
Make real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, compliance, rider needs.
Guide and support drivers, building trust and delivering great service.
Turn rider and community feedback into actionable operational improvements.
Use data to diagnose service performance and implement efficiency improvements.
Bridge between city partners, drivers, and Via central teams.
