Job summary

Coastal Security Services, Inc. in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Field Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-site, high-level security supervisor.

You will ensure posts are staffed, officers perform to standard, and client service remains exemplary. This role oversees multiple client sites, conducts inspections, manages coverage, mentors officers, and acts as the direct link between field operations and leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience with supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
• Clean criminal background and driving record; valid SC SLED Armed Security Officer Registration or ability to obtain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with technology and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sites as the on-shift field supervisor.
• Conduct site inspections to verify post orders, uniforms, and conduct.
• Manage shift coverage, handle call-offs, coordinate replacements, and deploy when needed.
