Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Valid Illinois PERC card and 20-hour security training certificate (or ability to obtain).
• Minimum 2 years of residential concierge or front desk leadership experience.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites daily in the Chicago area.
• Must pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure policy and client expectations.
• Perform uniform and appearance inspections of officers on duty.
• Fill in open shifts to maintain coverage.
• Deliver uniforms, equipment, and materials to officers at various locations.
• Write incident and compliance reports after visits or incidents.
• Provide coaching and disciplinary actions with HR coordination.
• Serve as liaison between field officers, clients, and management.
• Support front desk operations during staff shortages.
