Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher with 2 years of security operations experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.
• Ability to acquire and maintain necessary security clearances.
• Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage guarding operations and supervise site staff across multiple sites.
• Oversee payroll timesheets, reports and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain service quality, coordinate scheduling, staffing and safety requirements.
• Analyze operational performance, coach employees and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on campaigns and client engagement.
