Job summary

IronWatch Security is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee operational oversight, officer accountability, and post compliance across assigned client accounts. You will conduct site inspections, verify credentials, and ensure staff adhere to post orders while maintaining a visible presence.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond rapidly to staffing shortages and emergencies. Travel between client sites is frequent and essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage stressful or rapidly changing situations.
• Capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Maintain all required state licensing/certifications.
• Strong ability to write reports and document operational facts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations and ensure post compliance across assigned sites.
• Ensure site inspections occur, posts are checked, and 60% site coverage per shift.
• Verify officer adherence to post orders and procedures; test knowledge on key topics.
• Maintain professional appearance and verify credentials are valid.
• Escalate issues to Area/Account Managers as needed and coordinate coverage.
