Veo is seeking a Tech Lead to guide our dockless micromobility program and ensure smooth daily operations. You will lead the team, respond to service requests, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on field work, battery management, and staff training with a bias for action. This position may require evenings and weekend shifts and physical tasks to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring teammates.
• Willing to work a variety of days and shifts (evenings/weekends).
• Exceptional communication and attention to detail.
• Passion for dockless scooter sharing and sustainable transport.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform field tasks: swapping batteries, rebalancing vehicles, responding to on-demand scooter requests.
• Address customer complaints via email or Zendesk; coordinate with field techs.
• Train new technicians on shift priorities, SOPs, and company systems.
• Ensure warehouse organization and upkeep.
• Manage battery cycling and vehicle positioning.
• Support with other tasks assigned by Operations Manager.
