Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years managing operations in fleets, warehousing, distribution, or similar.
• Able to lift 60 lbs routinely.
• Ownership mindset with bias for action.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Willingness to work varied days and shifts.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.
• Passion for dockless bike & scooter sharing and sustainable transport.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations.
• Move scooters, drive vans, and maintain scooters.
• Set and manage routes for hourly associates.
• Identify gaps in operations metrics and implement fixes.
• Submit fleet health counts and weekly data updates; handle maintenance requests.
• Recruit and train local team.
• Ensure compliance with city agreements and SOPs.
• Manage inventory and parts orders.
