Job summary

Veo, a leading micromobility provider in North America, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse and field operations in our on-site U.S. markets.

You will build and guide a high-performing local team, optimize routes for hourly staff, and strengthen partnerships to grow ridership. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of operations management in fleets or logistics, with a hands-on, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years managing operations in fleets, warehousing, distribution, or related fields.
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs.
• Ownership mindset with a bias for action.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to work a variety of days and shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for dockless bike & scooter sharing and sustainable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse and field operations.
• Perform physical tasks including moving scooters, driving vans, and maintaining scooters.
• Set and manage daily routes for hourly associates for fleet deployment and repositioning.
• Identify gaps in hitting operations metrics and develop solutions.
• Drive timely submission of fleet health counts and weekly data updates.
• Recruit and train local team.
• Ensure operations comply with city agreements and SOPs.
• Manage inventory and ensure parts are ordered.
