Job summary

Pulpmill Services Inc is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and execute field service operations for industrial equipment at customer and mill sites. You will lead field crews on-site and serve as the primary contact for customers.

You will manage personnel, equipment, materials, tooling, and workflow to complete projects safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Strong communication and adaptability are essential for scope changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervision experience.
• Experience in a variety of mills.
• Experience reading equipment drawings.
• Valid Driver’s License or State Issued ID.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute field service operations for industrial equipment.
• Provide on-site leadership for field crews and be the primary contact at customer/mill locations.
• Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, tooling, and workflow to complete projects safely and on schedule.
• Establish work priorities, monitor progress, and assist with estimating and job planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and site requirements.
