Job summary

TEAM Industrial Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily field activities at our branch site in Washington. You will direct field personnel, ensure safety standards, and manage project execution to maintain profitability.

The role requires 3 years in industrial operations or maintenance, HazWOPER training, and a valid driver’s license. Proficiency in Word/Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Adobe are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience in industrial operations or maintenance preferred.
• HazWOPER training certificate required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise field personnel and daily tasks.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company/customer standards and legal regulations.
• Coordinate project activities including bid proposals and execution for profitability.
• Provide guidance and instruction to employees facing difficulties.
• Schedule personnel and manage field work and travel as needed.
• Maintain communication between management and workforce to protect contracts and relationships.
