Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Industrial Systems Technology preferred.
• High School specialization in a trade or vocational program desirable.
• High School education or equivalent acceptable.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• CDL license a plus.
• Exposure to maintenance systems in industrial settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safety program adherence and compliance across site operations.
• Plan and coordinate workflow at customer sites, balancing workloads.
• Communicate with customer, operations and logistics daily.
• Review and forward work orders to admin team daily.
• Provide technical expertise in industrial cleaning and related tasks.
• Coach and develop workforce to improve safety and performance.
• Evaluate employee performance and document disciplinary actions as needed.
