Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC seeks a Field Superintendent to lead millwright crews, foremen, and general foremen in safe, high-quality field execution. You will drive daily operations, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate with project leadership and subcontractors, and ensure crews have resources and direction for efficient performance.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, removing constraints, supporting prefabrication and Lean work packaging, and documenting field

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Hour Construction Safety training.
• 5–10 years of construction supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s, Associates, Trade School or vocational degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR.
• Travel up to 100% or as needed, by air and ground.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct millwright crews, foremen, and general foremen to ensure safe and productive field execution.
• Assign daily tasks, set clear expectations, and verify work plans and priorities.
• Mentor foremen and crews to build skill and accountability.
• Ensure proper crew staffing, shift planning, and labor allocation.
• Foster a positive, respectful jobsite culture aligned with company values.
• Document field changes, delays, constraints, and impacts to schedule or cost.
