Job summary

Pulpmill Services, Inc. (PSI) seeks a Field Operations Supervisor to lead planning, coordination and execution of field service operations involving installation, repair, maintenance and refurbishing of industrial equipment.

This role provides on-site leadership for field crews, acts as the primary contact at customer and mill locations, and ensures safety, quality and on-time project delivery. Experience supervising crews in industrial settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervision in industrial settings.
• Experience working in various mill environments.
• Ability to read equipment drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute field service operations.
• Provide on-site leadership for field crews at customer/mill locations.
