Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in environmental or civil construction.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Valid state driver’s license; DOT medical card or equipment certifications a plus.
• Skills: interpret blueprints, site maps, and environmental work plans.
• Knowledge of environmental construction best practices and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of crews and subcontractors.
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment safely.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with clients and project managers.
• Document field reports and track project progress.
• Support development of field staff and leadership.
