GFiber is hiring a Field Services Center Manager to lead the dispatch and field technician teams responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of residential and small business services. You will oversee scheduling, ensure quality work, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers to resolve issues from hub to customer premises.

The role requires deep telecom knowledge, flexibility for non-standard hours, and a proven track record in large-scale fiber deployments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory telecommunication role.
• 5 years FTTH/GPON/XGS network construction or large fiber deployments.
• 5 years managing contractor and supplier relationships.
• Strong ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work non-standard hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field ops team; plan, schedule and coordinate resources for installation, repair and maintenance.
• Coach for quality and identify improvement opportunities with action plans.
• Serve as a domain expert in dispatch for install, repair, and maintenance.
• Perform installation and testing of fiber equipment and telecom hardware.
• Navigate complex customer interactions with high service standards.
