Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC seeks a Superintendent to oversee field teams on fire protection projects. You will coordinate multiple departments, ensure safety policies, and maintain strong client communication on-site and in the office.

The role requires leadership of field staff, timely project progress updates, and adherence to codes and regulations. Evening/weekend travel may be required; benefits are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Industry experience is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with project management to confirm design accuracy before work starts.
• Order and schedule delivery of all equipment for projects.
• Serve as the main on-site communication link between field and office.
• Manage field staff schedules and timecards; provide on-site leadership.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints; ensure safety policies are followed.
• Review progress to meet deadlines and report results promptly.
