Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC is seeking a Sprinkler Install Superintendent to oversee multiple fire sprinkler projects and large crews. You will ensure safe, compliant installations while coordinating complex jobs and mentoring technicians on site.

The role requires extensive field leadership, hands-on installation work, and deep knowledge of fire sprinkler practices and codes. Travel to job sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as a technician or above.
• Must have experience in a supervisory role.
• NICET certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler installation practices and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple jobs and/or crews in installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate complex projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop technicians, leads, and apprentices.
• Independently perform installation using hand tools and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures.
