Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a capable manager to oversee the service, inspection, and repair work of fire alarm systems across multiple sites. Lead a field team, coach technicians, and coordinate with coordinators to ensure on-time, high-quality execution.

This role requires NICET or Blue Card, NFPA knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to travel as needed. You will ensure compliance with codes and safety policies while maintaining customer relationships and project handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of inspections and service across multiple sites, ensuring quality and timelines.
• supervise field technicians, provide coaching, performance reviews, and development.
• Coordinate with Service and Inspection Coordinators for scheduling and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA codes and building regulations.
• Respond to escalated service issues and on-call emergencies as needed.
• Maintain client relationships and smooth handoffs to sales/estimating.
• Ensure safety policies and tool/equipment care are followed.
