Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety, LLC seeks a Fire Sprinkler Install Superintendent to oversee multiple jobs and large crews on complex installations. You will apply advanced technical skills, review drawings, ensure NFPA compliance, and coordinate logistics and safety on site.

This role requires 9+ years in fire and life safety, 5+ years supervisory experience, a clean driving record, and NICET II+ or CAL FIRE license preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• NICET Level II or above preferred.
• CAL FIRE Sprinkler Fitter License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple jobs and/or crews in installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate complex projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop technicians, leads, and apprentices.
• Independently perform installation using hand tools and equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, local codes, and company procedures.
• Travel to job sites as required.
