Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental operations, waste handling/processing, recycling techniques and safety/regulatory standards.
• Strong operational judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily work activities to ensure safe, compliant and efficient waste handling operations.
• Support operations by coordinating crews, equipment, materials and schedules to meet goals.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures and provide operational training.
