Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Ops Lead - Emergency Response to oversee on-site field operations for environmental services projects. You will lead crews, coordinate resources, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across emergency events.

The role requires directing daily activities and translating business priorities into execution on site. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of ER experience, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of high-hazard environments, chemical handling, and DOT

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Emergency Response experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an MVR.
• Knowledge of high hazard events and hazardous materials handling.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Emergency Response operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Mobilize crews, equipment, and materials during emergencies.
• Enforce safety procedures and provide operational training.
