Job summary

Clean Harbors in Dolton, IL is seeking a Field Service Foreperson to supervise Field Technicians and lead emergency response, hazardous waste clean-up, and site remediation tasks. You will handle coordination of manpower, equipment, and safety for field projects, with on-call responsibilities and potential travel for training.

Requirements include 3+ years in Environmental Services with at least 1 year in a leadership role, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel up to 2 weeks for

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in Environmental Services and at least 1 year leading a crew
Driver's license required
Must be available for emergency response/project work up to 2 weeks at a time, hotel and per diem provided
On-call responsibilities

Responsibilities

Supervise Field Technicians and oversee field service projects
Ensure health and safety policies are followed and OSHA/EPA standards are met
Execute projects within budget and on time
Operate and coordinate equipment and resources for field service and emergency response
Perform heavy physical tasks and work in varying conditions
Assist in field sampling and calibration of meters
Attend safety and compliance meetings
