Job summary

EnviroServe, a Clean Harbors Company, in Carnegie, PA is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to plan, lead, organize and coordinate the daily operations of the service line crew. This role emphasizes safety, equipment readiness, documentation, and timely project execution at the site.

Responsibilities include mentoring Technicians I and II, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining efficient operations. Travel to client sites and adherence to regulations are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental field service operations or related industries.
• Ability to travel overnight 2–4 nights per month.
• On-call availability for emergency responses as needed.
• Ability to manage project-related vendors and client relations.
• Ability to read and reconcile job documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and enforce safety policies.
• Read work orders and verify equipment availability and operability.
• Inspect equipment and work area before starting jobs.
• Correct deficiencies that affect safety or client requirements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and document work.
• Train technicians and direct crew performance.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure HPC safety policies are followed.
• Meet deadlines and optimize resource use.
• Supervise and guide crew to meet client requirements.
• Comply with local, state and federal regulations and DOT requirements.
