Job summary

Eversource Energy in New Hampshire seeks a Field Supervisor-Lines to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of underground and overhead electric distribution systems. You will supervise line crews, coordinate work orders, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on every job site.

This role requires travel between MA/CT/NH, on-call standby duties, and the ability to mentor crew members, document time sheets and tailboards, and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and experience matching Line-worker I (RG 34.5) required.
• Minimum of three years as a Line-worker I; supervisory experience preferred.
• Commercial Driver's license (Class A with Special Trailer Endorsement) and a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line crew performing installation, maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee equipment, materials, and record-keeping duties.
• Train and mentor Line-workers to follow safety rules.
• Coordinate and schedule work assignments.
• Respond to emergency trouble calls and standby duties.
