Job summary

zTrip, the largest taxi transportation company in the United States, is seeking an experienced CDL Driver Manager to lead, support, and develop our professional driver team while ensuring safe, efficient transportation operations.

As a hands-on leader, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, retention, and performance oversight, working with dispatch, safety, maintenance, and operations to keep drivers engaged and service levels high.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in transportation, logistics, fleet ops, or workforce management.
• Experience leading or supervising employees.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of CDL drivers to achieve safety and performance goals.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with dispatch and safety teams to ensure reliable service.
• Monitor driver performance metrics and conduct coaching sessions.
• Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and teamwork.
