Job summary

Velocity MSC seeks a Supervisor of GGE-Field Operations in Holland, OH to guide the field team, coordinate VFT preparation and onboarding, schedule travel, and lead on-site escalations for project and non-project work.

You will drive process improvements, document policies, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely field delivery while acting as a proxy for the manager in meetings and cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Management or equivalent training.
• 2+ years scheduling on-site resources (preferred).
• 1+ year team lead or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Guide and manage the daily work of the GGE-Field Operations team and act as the Manager’s proxy.
• VFT preparation & onboarding and coordination of training.
• Scheduling and travel planning for project jobs; ensure on-site arrival.
• Escalations and issue management for field operations.
