Zusammenfassung

Ceres Environmental Operations is seeking a Field Operations Support Associate for Gulf Region deployments. You will supervise debris removal activities, verify eligibility, and ensure safety and contract compliance on active sites.

Travel to disaster locations and support crews across multiple sites during emergency activations. The role requires hands-on field presence, 7 days a week availability, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts in challenging environments.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of experience in debris operations, disaster recovery, construction, or related field operations.
• Working knowledge of FEMA debris eligibility and documentation requirements preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Aufgaben

• Read, understand, and adhere to all company SOPs and safety policies.
• Monitor field work for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility with crews; quantify trucks and locations daily.
• Verify debris eligibility per contract specs and FEMA guidelines; log ineligible debris promptly.
• Oversee 2–6 collection crews and manage field activities on sites.
• Conduct ongoing field inspections of debris removal, work zones, and staging areas.
• Support contract schedules and agreements; ensure accuracy and organization.
• Provide daily report data based on activity.
• Communicate with your direct report to address issues and prevent disruptions.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support project success.
