Job summary

Ceres Environmental Operations, a leader in disaster response and environmental services, seeks a Quality Control Manager for field deployment across debris management operations. You will lead the QC program, supervise Area and Site QC Managers, and coordinate with client QA teams to ensure strict contract compliance.

Responsibilities include daily inspections, accurate documentation, corrective actions, and training QC staff. Extensive field work and extended deployments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in debris operations, construction QA/QC, or relevant disaster response field work.
• Active Certified Quality Manager (CQM) certification.
• Working knowledge of debris eligibility requirements and load tracking systems such as ADMS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and enforce the Quality Control Program Management Plan and QC Plans.
• Serve as primary authority for quality-related matters and stop-work authority when needed.
• Oversee QC organizational structure and coordinate with Client QA staff.
• Ensure daily quality inspections across all sites and proper debris handling and disposal.
• Prepare and certify Daily QC Reports and maintain QC documentation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and provide QC staff training.
