Ceres Environmental Operations is seeking a Grinder Support Operator to assist grinding and debris processing at disaster recovery projects across the United States.

You will stage, feed, and assist with debris handling, inspect materials, maintain safe work zones, and support equipment operators while travel and extended shifts may be required.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and practical problem solving in outdoor, high-risk environments, with per diem and lodging when traveling.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in construction or debris management.
• Ability to work safely around heavy machinery.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team player with good communication.
• Flexibility for extended shifts and travel.

Responsibilities

• Assist grinding operations by staging and feeding debris.
• Inspect materials and remove contaminants.
