Job summary

Tidal Basin Holdco, LLC is seeking a Debris Operations Manager in Florida to lead debris monitoring field operations and ensure QA/QC of data collected.

The role requires experience in debris operations, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate schedules and safety procedures during disaster responses. A valid driver's license and state background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior Debris Monitoring Experience.
• Ability to drive in disaster areas.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee debris monitoring field operations and ensure QA of data collected.
• Coordinate with Debris Removal Contractor staff to develop daily work schedules.
• Develop daily field supervisor and monitor schedules and truck assignments.
• Develop training and retraining schedules as necessary.
• Implement electronic ticketing system and daily check-in/out procedures.
• Ensure field data quality and compliance with safety requirements.
• Create daily safety messages and conduct morning safety meetings.
• Disseminate information from Project Manager or client engagements.
• Coordinate with Data Manager to address data collection errors in real time.
• Answer field staff questions on eligibility and best practices for debris monitoring.
• Resolve field conflicts professionally and constructively.
