Job summary

Interior Logic Group is seeking a Cabinet Field Manager to oversee field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. You will supervise field crews, coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams, and serve as the on-site liaison to clients and subcontractors.

This role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, site inspections, and adherence to OSHA and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in field operations, construction, or PM.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication across departments and with customers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily/weekly work schedules optimizing labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress, quality, and safety.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
