Qualifications

• Experience in the cabinetry trade and field operations.
• 5+ years in field operations, construction, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross‑department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field crews to meet quality, safety, and schedule standards.
• Develop daily and weekly field work schedules.
• Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate with project management, logistics and manufacturing.
• Report progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
• Ensure safety compliance and OSHA knowledge.
