Job summary

Ledcor Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead day-to-day field activities on assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.

You will coordinate with the Superintendent, HS&E, project teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, monitor progress, support safety planning, and help resolve field-level challenges that may affect timelines and productivity on active sites in Reno, NV.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of construction supervisory experience.
• Experience on active project sites preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality alignment with plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture through hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
• Monitor field progress, production, locates, restoration plans, and quality requirements.
• Supervise subcontractor performance, safety compliance, and schedule commitments.
• Build positive relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients and stakeholders.
• Support access coordination and clear communication with the Superintendent and project team.
