Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor for site-based leadership on our projects in the United States. You will lead day-to-day field activities, coordinate field execution with the Superintendent, HS&E, project teams, and subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with safety standards and project plans.

You will monitor progress, support incident reporting, and help resolve field-level challenges that affect productivity or timelines.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary, trade, technical training, industry certification, or equivalent experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project plans and safety requirements.
Promote a strong safety culture through daily hazard assessments and toolbox talks.
Monitor field progress, production, and quality to keep projects on track.
Supervise subcontractor performance, including safety compliance, schedule commitments, and quality of work.
Build positive working relationships with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders.
Support access coordination, field-level issue resolution, and clear communication with the Superintendent and project team.
