Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily field operations, coordinating with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols for the crew.

The role involves troubleshooting job-site issues, training crew members, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining records while communicating with property owners and customers to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training and onboarding of crew.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy.
• Communicates with property owners on access and work details.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew reports.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of resources.
• Maintains equipment and vehicle readiness.
• Sets up barriers and protects workers and public from hazards.
