Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older; ability to read prints and problem-solve.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• DOT medical card required or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with management to plan daily operations, hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols.
• Lead crew, inspect job sites, mitigate hazards, and ensure quality reporting.
• Oversee cost controls, invoicing, and reporting in customer systems.
• Provide training, enforce policies, and participate in regional safety programs.
