Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a General Foreperson to oversee daily field operations and coordinate with management on hiring needs, deadlines, and safety protocols. You will troubleshoot routine job-site issues, mentor crews, and ensure adherence to safety policies.

The role requires at least 2 years of foreperson experience, a CDL, and the ability to manage training and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL-B or A license preferred.
• Experience reading prints and solving job-site problems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily communication with clients, owners, and contractors; obtain work permissions.
• Conduct job-site inspections and ensure hazards are mitigated.
• Manage job cost control and invoice reconciliation.
• Interpret orders and report within client systems; maintain records.
• Direct emergencies and assist with incident reporting and investigations.
• Supervise crew on tasks, production, and safety practices.
• Conduct training and enforce policies; participate in safety programs.
