Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a warehouse/distribution associate in Fort Lauderdale to support daily product fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management. You will prepare, ship, receive, and organize surgical equipment sets, while assisting with cycle counts and record keeping.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Saturday to Wednesday with potential overtime and on-call rotation, with benefits and

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Distribute products/services for representatives and customers.
Prepare, ship, and receive products; manage loaner sets and inquiries.
Check inventory records for product availability.
Maintain cleanliness and safety of supplies, tools, and storage areas.
Inspect kits and process orders for products.
Coordinate sourcing with internal resources for alternatives.
Maintain account records and perform cycle counts.
Set up warehouse for incoming/outgoing surgery equipment.
Coordinate with distribution, sales, shipping, and warehouse teams to expedite deliveries.
Schedule drivers/routes for shipments.
Record stock usage and damage; track expirations.
Inform customers about receipt, shipping, and delays; handle urgent requests.
Cross-train to fulfill on-call rotation needs.
