Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Operations Associate to manage loaner kit processing and oversee prep of products/services for representatives and customers. You will inspect items for damage, track inventory, and prepare materials for scheduled surgeries, coordinating with multiple teams.

The role supports branch audits and order processing while maintaining accurate shipment records. The position is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime as needed and a pay rate of $25.10 per hour

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in related field.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsibilities

Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors.
Use computers to maintain accurate records and shipment of inventory.
Support branch audits preparation by management.
Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services.
Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays.
Prepare shipment returns and coordinate with dispatcher for returns.
Arrange merchandise for transport and at customer locations.
