Job summary

Stryker in New York seeks a Field Operations Associate to manage loaner kit processing and prepare products for representatives and customers. You will inspect items for damage, track inventory, and prepare shipments for scheduled surgeries while coordinating with multiple teams.

Requirements include 2+ years in warehouse/inventory control, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory control
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Associates Degree preferred for advancement

Responsibilities

• Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages.
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain warehouse organization to avoid product errors.
• Use computers to track records and shipments of inventory.
• Support management in preparation for branch audits.
• Process incoming orders for materials, merchandise, or services.
• Inform customers of receipt, shipping, and delays.
• Prepare shipment returns and coordinate with dispatcher for returns.
• Arrange merchandise for transport to customer locations
