Job summary

Stryker in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Surgical Case Coordinator to ensure the availability of medical devices and smooth logistics operations. You will support the Sales Department by maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinating deliveries to customers.

The role emphasizes last-mile inspection, relationship-building with Sales teams, and rigorous inventory verification to prevent discrepancies. Strong attention to safety and process improvement is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years related work experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/evenings as needed.
• Valid Driver’s license with no restrictions.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee last inspection of products to ensure accuracy and customer needs.
• Build relationships with Sales Reps/Managers to track and manage inventory at client sites.
• Verify inventory counts against physical stock and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure on-time, complete, and accurate delivery to customers.
• Drive operational excellence and cost reduction through safety and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Field Operations, and Sales to optimize supply chain.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain record-keeping per Stryker specifications.
