Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Florida is seeking a warehouse associate to perform receiving, storing, and distributing of materials, maintaining records, and supporting production needs.

The role requires physical work, forklift operation possibility, and adherence to inventory controls; onsite schedule Mon-Fri 2:30 PM-11 PM with overtime as needed; competitive hourly pay with shift differential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or Warehouse environment
• Travel Percentage: 0%

Responsibilities

• Supports production material requirement needs
• Maintains records of received goods; alerts appropriate personnel to inspect unsatisfactory items
• Will lift and move heavy items and may operate a forklift
• May prepare goods for final shipment and/or production assembly
• May examine, stock and/or distribute goods in inventory and/or in other areas
• May enter information into the inventory management system
• May train others in distribution related tasks and inventory control methods and practices
• Assists in physical inventories
• Performs periodic cycle counts on a pre-determined basis
• Determine part disposition
• Assists in inventory accuracy, control and reduction
• On-time completion of required training
