Stryker in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store and distribute materials with careful attention to inventory records and safety compliance.

Under general supervision, you will lift heavy items, operate a forklift, prepare goods for shipment, and enter data into the inventory system; on-time completion of training is expected. Competitive pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, parts and supplies; maintain inventory records.
• Support production material requirement needs.
• Maintain records of received goods and inspect unsatisfactory items.
• Lift and move heavy items and operate a forklift.
• Prepare goods for shipment or production assembly.
• Enter information into the inventory management system.
• Train others in distribution and inventory control methods.
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Determine part disposition and assist in inventory accuracy.
• Complete required training on time.
